Virtual Biohacker
An evidence-based longevity model I built for people who think seriously about biomarkers, prevention, and tradeoffs. Compare scenarios. See which levers actually matter — under explicit, provenance-backed assumptions.
Given your age, labs, risk markers, and the interventions you're weighing — how might plausible changes shift your modeled lifespan, healthspan, and cause-specific risk?
It never claims to know your date of death, and never treats a biomarker score as destiny.
It does not diagnose or prescribe. It informs the conversation you have with your doctor — it does not replace it.
Its value is letting you weigh scenarios under explicit, evidence-graded assumptions and see which levers matter most.
Tune your inputs. Watch the model recompute.
Nine domains of inputs — labs, fitness, nutrition, sleep, substances, meds, conditions and more — each one feeding a population-grounded estimate that updates live.
Inputs in. Modeled scenarios out.
Set your baseline
Import it in one step — your AI builds the JSON from an instruction sheet — or enter it directly across nine domains of demographics, labs, fitness, and behavior.
Choose your levers
Toggle the interventions and conditions you’re weighing, from proven basics to experimental compounds. Gated levers unlock only with their indication.
Read the forecast
See a median lifespan and healthspan estimate with an uncertainty envelope, plus your top priorities ranked by the months each one is modeled to add.
A number you can actually trust.
You never get a lone exciting figure. Every modeled result shows its work.
Baseline & deltas
A grounded starting point, then the modeled change each lever produces.
Uncertainty range
Every estimate ships with a plausible range — never a false-precision single number.
Evidence class
T1–T4 grading on every lever, so you know proven from promising from provisional.
Cause-specific risk
Endpoints are labeled — all-cause vs. cardiovascular, metabolic, and more.
Provenance & safety
Coefficient provenance and safety/monitoring context behind each result.
Healthspan, not just lifespan
Models years of healthy function, not only total years.

Questions, answered.
What does the application tell me?
The Virtual Biohacker takes your inputs on demographics, health, labs, activity, and other measures proven to impact longevity, and gives back a science-backed, standards-based population median lifespan / healthspan estimate. It then prioritizes the interventions you can implement to move the needle on that estimate.
What’s the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic lets you model science-backed traditional interventions like diet, exercise, treating disease, and supplementation. Advanced activates all evidence-backed advanced / biohacking interventions and helps you understand the results possible with leading-edge protocols. Advanced also adds capabilities around reporting and scenario modeling.
Is this medical advice?
No. The Virtual Biohacker is not a medical tool and does not predict individual results. It uses recognized scientific sources — NHANES, WONDER, and published research studies — along with other population health data to produce scenarios, similar to how insurance companies model risk using the same tools.
How does billing work?
Numerous subscription options are offered; choose the one that works for you. Once paid, your current subscription is non-refundable, but you can turn off renewals at any time.
Virtual Biohacker models scenarios under explicit assumptions. It does not predict your date of death, does not treat a biomarker as destiny, and does not replace a clinician, a diagnostic workup, or shared decisions about medication. It's a thinking tool I hold to an evidence standard. [Placeholder — counsel-reviewed disclaimer pending.]
